Directions
From the A8 motorway
Exit 42 (Cannes, Mougins, Grasse). Follow on the left direction Grasse (immediately the 2nd on the right is the expressway indicating Grasse), always follow Grasse Centre until the end. At the first big roundabout « L’Alambic » take Grasse centre, you will come to the roundabout « Les 4 Chemins », go almost around the roundabout to take Grasse centre again. It is a road that goes up to the roundabout » Bataillons de Chasseurs Alpins « , Magagnosc is indicated on your right, take this road…
You come across the roundabout « le Sud » with buildings on the left, pass in front of these buildings, and you come across the roundabout « Sainte Marthe », go opposite the road becomes 1 bridge overlooking part of the city: finally you are on the Avenue Saint Laurent! Stay on the avenue some 3 km later you see 1 traffic light (it’s the only one) in front of a small stone bridge, you’re there ! At the traffic lights, look left Lou Candelou is there, take the private road that goes up (and it climbs !), we are behind the villa on the left, courage, go up again, the road is small but we are waiting for you…
From Nice Côte d’Azur Airport
A8 towards Antibes, Cannes. Exit at Villeneuve-Loubet (exit 47), direction Grasse, you will go through the villages: Roquefort-Les-Pins and Le Rouret. At the exit of Le Rouret, you will come across a small roundabout, go opposite. After a few kms, you will arrive at the « Pré du Lac roundabout », take the direction « Palais de Justice ». You will come to the roundabout « Les Roumégons », go opposite, pass in front of residential buildings. At the exit of the tunnel, straight ahead you will come to a traffic light in front of a small stone bridge, Lou Candelou is just after, about one kilometre away.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In times of restrictions and certain health rules, Lou Candelou must apply the regulations in force regarding cancellations.
Payment: 30% of the total amount on booking, the balance on arrival.
Accepted means of payment: Cheques, bank transfer, cash.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the date of arrival will be fully refunded. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
The rates include :
Breakfast, bed linen, towels, bath towels, soaps, drinks and sweets at your disposal.
For stays of +4 nights, linen and towels are changed mid-stay.
HOUSE RULES
The interior of the house is strictly non-smoking, an ashtray is at your disposal, on request.
Rates are for 2 persons, breakfast included.
1 extra bed is available on request, sharing the same room: +25€/Night breakfast included.
A baby bed (umbrella bed) is available free of charge, make the request when booking.
There cannot be more than 3 people per room.
ECO-FRIENDLY APPROACH
Preference of the fan instead of the air conditioner.
Use of ecological household products for cleaning.
Home-made products: washing powder, dishwasher tablets, etc.
